The Sterile Kernel preserves constitutional admissibility.

Before any material, object, record, language, institution, inheritance, or digital construction may be stewarded, exchanged, transformed, preserved, or remembered, it must first be faithfully constituted according to what it is.

The Sterile Kernel therefore preserves the constitutional threshold between assertion and standing.

It does not determine value.

It does not assign ownership.

It does not manufacture authority.

It determines only whether constituted reality has entered the constitutional order faithfully.

This distinction is fundamental.

A civilization that cannot distinguish faithful constitution from convenient assertion gradually loses the ability to distinguish reality from narrative, provenance from possession, or stewardship from appropriation.

Continuity then becomes uncertain.

Inheritance becomes contested.

Memory becomes vulnerable to revision.

The Sterile Kernel does not preserve civilization by resisting change.

It preserves civilization by ensuring that every lawful change begins from faithfully constituted reality.

For only that which has first been faithfully constituted may thereafter be faithfully stewarded, faithfully exchanged, faithfully preserved, and faithfully inherited.
